1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Maggini Group S.r.l. is a limited liability company established and registered in Italy (Business Register No. RM-1306435), with registered office at Viale Carso 23, 00195 – Rome (hereinafter the “Company”).

The Company carries out retail trade of numerous products relating to clothing lines of leading national and international brands, including footwear, backpacks, bags, sporting goods and other miscellaneous items (the “Products”), directly to its customers through the website www.fuix.com (the “Site”).

The sale of Products on the Site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”).

These Terms of Sale apply when the Customer makes a purchase on the Site.

2. CONSUMER INFORMATION

2.1. Products available on the Site are offered for sale to consumer Customers as well as to Professionals (as defined in Article 3, paragraph 1, letter c of Legislative Decree 206/2005).

A “consumer Customer” means any natural person making purchases for purposes unrelated to commercial, business, artisanal or professional activity. Purchases on the Site are permitted only to individuals over 18 years of age who possess a valid credit or debit card accepted by the Company and authorized for use. Certain Products may not be suitable for persons under 18 years of age.

2.2. Before submitting an order, the Customer must carefully read these Terms of Sale, which are deemed accepted upon completion of the purchase procedure. Together with the Privacy Policy, these Terms govern the contract between the Customer and Maggini Group S.r.l.

2.3. By submitting an order, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms. If the Customer does not accept them, they must not place an order.

2.4. The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Customers are encouraged to review them before each purchase.

3. ORDER PROCEDURE AND ACCEPTANCE

3.1. To purchase Products, the Customer must select the desired items, choose color and size, and add them to the Cart. To save items for later purchase, the Customer must create an online account (“User Profile”). Purchases without registration are possible; however, items in the Cart will be deleted if the process is not completed.

3.2. The Customer may modify order details until confirmation. After submission, orders cannot be modified or cancelled and a new order must be placed if changes are required.

3.3. The sales process is completed when the Customer clicks the “Buy” button. Before submission, the Customer is advised to review order details, shipping information, withdrawal conditions (see section 7), legal warranty (section 9) and Privacy Policy.

3.4. After submission, the Company will send an email confirming receipt and processing of the order (“Order Confirmation”).

3.5. The Company reserves the right not to accept orders for legitimate reasons, including disputes relating to previous orders or orders placed by resellers.

3.6. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and appearance may differ due to technical reasons beyond the Company’s control.

3.7. Some content on the Site, including product descriptions and translations, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. Although subject to internal review, such content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. In case of discrepancies, Customers are invited to contact Customer Service. Legal provisions regarding conformity, withdrawal rights and warranty remain fully applicable.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The Company undertakes to ensure availability of Products. In exceptional cases, Products may be unavailable. If unavailable, the Customer will be informed and any payment already made will be refunded within 14 working days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are expressed in EUR (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are included unless otherwise specified.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. Products will be shipped only after payment authorization.

All Products include an identification label which must not be removed before verifying the Product. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the address provided during purchase. The Company does not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping and returns are handled exclusively by Amazon Europe Core SARL. Delivery occurs within 1–6 working days from Shipping Confirmation.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may withdraw within 30 days of receipt without penalty. Products must be returned unused, with labels and original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days from confirmation of receipt of returned goods.

8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after publication.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY

Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty. Defective Products may be returned for refund or replacement, subject to verification.

10. LIABILITY

Except for legal warranty, the Company provides no additional guarantees beyond product description. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, jurisdiction lies with the court of the Customer’s place of residence in Italy.
